I don’t understand how saying that the process is “efficient” qualifies as a “reason.” Sure, it’s a description of the service, but it’s not an explanation — something saying WHY it’s efficient, such as that it doesn’t choose more costly consumers, is a reason. Can you explain why this is qualified that way?
