Leadership top down?

Hi , just wondering what role the last sentence of the stimulus plays in the arg and what bearing it has on selecting the right answer… or is it just an irrelevant distraction?

Hey there,

The last sentence of this stimulus does not really matter from the perspective of answering the question. Sometimes the LSAT includes sentences just to sell the idea that it is a real statement that a person is saying.
