Question 3
In the explanation for Question 3, the narrator says that because M is a tenant, there can only be one other tenant in, meaning that the other three in representatives are homeowners. How does she make that conclusion? The stimulus only states that there must be at least 2 tenants and 2 homeowners that are in. Thus, there could be 3 tenants and 2 homeowners. How does she make the conclusion that there are only 2 tenants. I do not understand, which I suppose is par for the course: Every time I suppose I am making headway, this test reminds me I am, in fact, not.

Hi Michael! I was just going to scroll to find an answer for that exact question. It does not make sense that when the rule says that the chairperson MUST be a representative belonging to the group from which EXACTLY 2 REPRESENTATIVES are selected. When she adds only ONE representative it makes no sense. I have been having many issues with this instructor, she doesn't explain well and skips a lot of problems. Mehran should teach this entire course!!
Also, do not give up! You will be just fine! You are not the only one here frustrated!
