Which one of the following could be a list of the majors of Manolo, Nadia, Owen, Peng, and Rana, respectively?

Has the video made a mistake? Or have I

Hi there, so I watched the video and I am not understanding why when we place M with F and G, and N with L and G, the video suggests that O must be L with a J/H option, as seen below (scenario 3 in vid) M: F G N: LG O: L J/H P: F H R: H/J As opposed to the following being possible too: M: F G N: LG O: FH P: L H R: LJ Why is the hypothetical scenario I described immediately above not listed as a potential gameboard? have I misinterpreted the rules?

Hey there,

Your proposed scenario looks like it works. I cannot speak to exactly why it was not included, but I will say that drawing out scenarios for games that have more than two possible solutions is not always helpful and can often be counterproductive.

When you draw out hypothetical boards, it causes you to focus on those boards and ignore other possibilities. When you work out a few scenarios that are valid according to the rules, use those to your advantage, but be careful to consider if those are truly the only possibilities.

I hope this helps!
