Hello, I don't understand how you came up with the answer choice of T & X. If T & X aren't together then that would cause L to move down right?

I think there's a fault with this question / answer choices.

The video explanation shows that X & Z can swap places since the last rule doesn't force T to be next to either L or X, just what happens when either of them are next to T
