I cannot find an email with PDF notes as mentioned. Kindly assist.

I recommend contacting our support staff by contacting "support" from the left menu or by calling 855.483.7862 ext. 2 Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST. The message boards are monitored by instructors who specialize in helping with specific LSAT questions and private tutoring, so contacting our support team is the best way to get this issue resolved!

Found it, if you look under your profile, its at the very bottom. There is a button called download welcome packet

That's correct. The file is about 35 mb in size.
