Why does there have to be one single?

I drew out an example as follows: (K4+P3) , (L4+T2) , (R3+S2+V2) No 4th year is in a triple No 2nd year is in a single L is not with R K is with P T is not with V What am i missing here??? Thanks.

Nevermind, i misread the question and did not notice that both T and V must be in doubles.
