Valid Arguments Example #2

They say that Example #2 is Invalid due to a false premise, however invalid is not the correct term. Validity tests the logical relationship between the premises and the conclusion, not the truthfulness of the argument. That is why you have to assume the premises are true when determining validity. The argument is flawed and unsound, but it is technically still valid.
