Could this article be completely explained because I legit had not idea what it was saying and that has never happened before please help!

You should be able to view the summary under passage explanation, but if you find yourself truly not understanding a passage, I would recommend reading slower. If you realize you missed what you just read, go back and reread it rather than moving on to the next sentence.
