I am confused on why the answer cannot be A. Out of all of the options A is the only one that mentions something specifically from the paragraph- increasing the number of police officers. How can we assume that the answer should take into consideration other factors if these other factors are not discussed in the stimulus? I thought that we had to answer the question based solely on the information provided by the stimulus. Thank you.
