He says there is no way to get J ahead of H if H is on the 5th position how does this sequence violate the conditions ?? HLOJHMLG

The final rule: "There must be a performance of Jitney at some time before there's *any* performance of Hapgood" (emphasis added). In your example above, there's an H before J.
