Rate Language

Hi, I seem to have a difficult time distinguishing what is considered "rate language." Can you provide a list of common "rate language" words and phrases? Thank you for your help.

What I am beginning to see is that "number of ski injuries" is too specific... which is NOT rate language; this is asking for the specific number of ski injuries. "Less likely", on the other hand, is rate language. We cannot calculate the exact number of injuries, therefore, "less likely" is more accurate. I think that is what I am seeing in this problem.
