Question #4

On question number four it seems like he did apply the right rule for the word "all" in the third sentence. The rule for "all" states that it introduces a sufficient, and the other part of the statement is the necessary condition. So, in the third sentence "all" introduces "had marketplaces" which would mean that this should be the sufficient condition. "Greek cities" came right before "all" which should mean that "Greek cities" should be the necessary condition. But, he wrote "Greek cities" as the sufficient condition even though it was not introduced by the word "all," and then he wrote "had marketplaces" as the necessary condition. I am entirely confused by this given how the rule for the word "all" works.
