Conterpositives

When doing the drills, I find I am able to reach the correct answer pretty easily on missing conclusions and missing premises BUT I never know which of my answers is the "correct" as listed and which is the counter positive listed in red. Are both correct? Do I need to know the difference? Can both be successfully concluded for the sake of the exam? (I believe the last answer is a yes, but on the other two I'm stumped)
