How is E the correct answer?

I am confused by this answer, E is talking about death within the 2,500 cases studied. The conclusion on the other hand, is talking about the general age comparison of first heart attack sufferers.

Hi @keet, the author makes a conclusion general conclusion about people who suffer heart attacks. However, the data they use is only about people who survive, therefore the conclusion is based on an unrepresentative sample.
