Question C - 1 conditional Premise?

I understand why C is not the right answer, but I am trying to get all the rules and patterns down. I have C as flawed or Invalid Conclusion because it has 2 Sufficient conditions in the Conclusion. The answer from the Question states that there is only one conditional premise. I see 2 premises and a conclusion. Thanks

I would break down C as having only one conditional statement, the first sentence.
If ID mushroom -> examine spores. The second sentence isn't a conditional statement, it's just telling us that a powerful microscope CAN be used to examine the spores. Note that if it said a powerful microscope MUST be used to example the spores, then it would be a conditional statement. The last sentence is indeed the conclusion, and is flawed precisely because the second sentence isn't actually a conditional statement.
