How is this a flawed argument?
I do understand that for Must Be True questions argument analysis is not needed. I have just greatly struggled with figuring out if an argument is flawed or valid.

Hi David, while you are right that it doesn't matter if it is flawed, that's good to try to practice recognizing the flaw. I think this argument may indeed be flawed, since the author tells us that the press should only report on candidates positions, but we are never explicitly told that it is best for voters if the press plays that role.
That said, on a timed practice don't use that time to figure out the flaw in a must be true.
