These types of questions on logic games, I have a super hard time with. Any other strategy that could help me improve on this type of question and the most efficient way?

I'd start by making a map for your setup that looks like:

C:_ _ _ _
P:_ _ _ _
1 2 3 4

Then I'd recommend making scenarios. (I recommend making scenarios for most games, in fact, but scenarios are particularly helpful on this game.) Rules 2 and 3 can be used to make some nice scenarios here. These scenarios will answer these questions for you.
