This is a missing premise drill, so we have to add a premise that will make the conclusion true. The conclusion is the following:

M -> C

So we begin with a gap between M and C:

M C

We need to bridge the gap, but we have evidence that will begin to get us there. Once we add all of the evidence in the middle, we can see what the missing link is.

Adding premise one:

M -> not X C

Adding premise two:

M -> not X -> not B C

So all that is missing to get us from M to C is the link from not B to C.

We can conclude that the answer choice would be:

not B -> C

or the contrapositive

not C -> B

Please let me know if I can clarify further!
