Question 10 -- Inability to Understand the Question
Hello,
Where can I find a list of vocabulary that is often used in question stems for Reading Comprehension? English is not my native language. I learned English when I was in my early 20s. For question #10, I could not even understand the question. The word "impervious" was totally unfamiliar and there was no other context that could help me understand the question. I always write new vocabulary and try to learn them. But I would like to know if there is a dictionary designed specifically for LSAT vocabulary.

There is no definitive list of words that can or cannot appear on the LSAT. Especially in the Reading Comprehension section where it contains passages written by outside sources, you really can theoretically encounter any word in the english language on this test. This isn't accidental, either. Part of the assessment for law school is to test one's ability to interpret and use academically rigorous words and higher order english. Remember, there's a reason people hate reading contracts—they're full of language like this!
That being said, there is definitely something you can do to help expand your lexicon and become more familiar with words like these: read lots! There are some great sources for reading that can really emulate the type of passages one might encounter on the LSAT. The Economist and Skeptic magazines are great for general passages. I additionally recommend Scientific American for the science passages. Being well versed is a simple matter of exposure. The more you see words like this, the better and more comfortable you will get.
