Struggling
These kinds of questions, I am just struggling with. I understand the passage, this question in particular, any one of these could've been correct. Is there like a specific technique to these kinds of questions or is it just repetition keep on doing these reading passages?

While I agree that repetition is the overall best approach for reading come (as well as games), I think that varying the way you read and approach the passage might be helpful, especially for questions about the way the passage is organized.
One tool that I like is forcing myself to briefly (2 sentences max) summarize each paragraph to myself after I read it. This can be written or in your head, but I try to ask myself the questions 1) what did the paragraph accomplish for the author's overall point 2) what "happened " in this paragraph
Another trick I like to use is writing down whenever a new viewpoint is introduced in the passage- and making sure to keep track of how the views relate to each other, and which parts of the passage are being used to support/undermine which view. Note this is only useful for passages where multiple views are discussed.
I would also recommend various office hours for reading comp- we have recently been rolling out a useful framework called meta-structures that can help your approach to different passages.
