Ordering
I am confused as to how Tom could be a viable option for the second day based on this question. If the order could go: H T J G __ there would not be enough spaces to include the order of S>U. Please help me understand if I am misinterpreting this because I used a rule suggested in the previous question!

I think that H must come after J, so H can't be first. There are only two possible locations for J (1 and 3), but since h and t must be next to each other, we can have J in 3.
If we tried _ _ J H S U we wouldn't have enough room for h to be next to t.
Therefore J must be first. This means G must be second in order to have room for the SU order.
