Valid Argu?
Is this argument flawed? I'm just wondering like what if Alicia's neighbor didn't want to press charges because their friends or something and that's why she wasn't charged with the same charge peter was.

I think this argument is flawed. We are told that the two people took the same action and their actions were equally blameworthy, but only one was punished. The conclusion is that they both should have been punished. However- we are never told explicitly that someone who takes a car without permission should be charged with automobile theft. The argument establishes enough to say that their treatment should not have been unequal. However, we are never told if the punishment should be a ticket or being charged. We can say they should get the same treatment, but we cannot say validly which treatment they should both get.
