I would classify this as a sampling fallacy. The television program is only asking physicians whether male or female physicians are more sensitive to the needs of female patients. To get a reliable answer to that question, shouldn’t you ask female patients? Therefore, this television program dramatically underrepresents woman patients in its sample.
