True vs. False

I'm doing the True vs. False flashcards activity and the answer key side of the flashcards are really confusing me. The "correct answer" portion of the key is straightforward and makes sense according to the yin-yang visual aid that shows how to connect logical opposites as well as their synonyms. However, the "incorrect answer" portion is tripping me up because I'm encountering example flashcards with "incorrect answers" that are all over the yin-yang visual aid...instead of following the map drawn out by Mehran. Do incorrect answers always have to be the direct opposite of what is being asked? Or, technically, can't they be anything...except of course what is actually being asked?

Hi Balde,

An incorrect answer could technically be anything, but the flashcards are mostly meant to help you distinguish between things that look similar on the surface (e.g. not necessarily true and must be false).
