Hi Aligarman,

This question is asking us how many other stops are connected directly (that is, with no intermediate stops) to R.

Our first rule shows that T and P are connected directly to R.
Rule 3 connects R and U
Rule 4 connects R and G

So, we know that R is connected to exactly 4 other stations directly: T, P, U, and G.
