Eliminate
When going through the answers, because C,D, and E were talking about cells in nonhuman species, could I just eliminate them because the passage is only referencing a human liver and we have no idea about any information on nonhuman species?

We cannot eliminate all the answer choices that reference cells in nonhuman species. The passage is not actually referencing only human liver cells. The first sentence tells us that "cells grown in a laboratory" is what the facts are concerned with. While the author does reference human liver cells, this is an example. While the author chooses to focus on human liver cells as an example, the overall passage is concerned with cells in general.
