E looks like it has the same flaw as the prompt
The flaw in the prompt is that it reverses the some statement but negates one of the conditions
"EPA--some--SJ
thus
not SJ--some EPA"
Answer choice E does the same thing
"P--some--AGM
thus
not AGM--some--P"
So why isn't E the answer choice?

I think the most important difference between E and the passage is that the conclusion is actually a most, not a some. By saying that poorly run businesses will usually turn a profit, that is saying that most of the time they will, not some of the time.
Additionally, the conclusion of E introduces this new concept of poor management. Making good management decisions is not the polar opposite of being poorly run, in the same way that choosing to engage politically is the opposite of not engaging politically. In theory, a poorly run company could still make a few good management decisions.
