Thank you so much for all of your help and previous explanations :) I completely understand how we get to E but I am confused as to why D is incorrect. With the question stating that those in the construction industry are the ones with significant financial interest, why would it be false to say that some committee members with SFI do not live in the suburbs if we know for sure that SFI-some-do not live in the suburbs.
