Can somebody please explain what A even means?

I see this a lot and when would that answer be correct? I need some examples on when that answer would be valid.

This is a circular argument, these are pretty rare on the test, but they do pop up on occasion. This would look like "We all know that Davis is the worst, therefore Davis is really the worst.
