Which one of the following representatives could be the only representative who presents?

Why not S?

I see how Q can be the only rep. I'm not seeing how S cannot be by itself too. This led to a problem for me on question 21 as well. Thank you!

Hi Jared,

This relates to the Q/P rule.

We know that if not Q then P, and the contrapositive is if not P then Q.

So, we know that at least one of Q or P must present.
