I am confused as to why D is not the correct answer in question 5 of the video. When looking at the contrapositive of the statement. Wouldn't the statement if Democracy does not function well than it is not moral or intelligent be correct? Since it is the word for word contrapositive argument? Please help me understand what I am doing wrong!

Hi, I think you might have switched around the original statement, that only if EMI can you have a WFD. Since only if introduces a necessary condition, this statement tells us that

If wFD then EMI.
Contrapositive is If not EMI then Not WFD.

This is not what D says
