Can G be assigned to X

I struggled with this question because I was able to make worlds were X was the project of all the architects but G. Can you explain how X can be assigned to G. Thanks in advance!

F W
G X
H Y
L Z

Hello, but this will contradict the rule that says when FY- H is not Y

The rule that I think you're talking about tells us that if F is not in W then H is in Y. I'm not sure how this violates it.
