If we have three Ts and two Ps we either have t or p in the 2-5 block. If we have p in it, the game is impossible since we would have different things in 1 and 3 but we would not have 2 as a T. However, if we have 2 and 5 as T, 3 must also be T, so one and 3 are different again, yet 4 is not a t.

C can be true if we have the 1-5 arrangement: F , P , F , F , P? Am I missing something?

The right answer here is D! I think that's what you're missing. Much better to miss that rather than to make an actual mistake in the content.
