If Tampa hosts two of the meetings, which one of the following could be true?

Question 16 - Can someone clarify what both in the last rule means?

I'm unclear on what both means here. For example, does it mean MV can be together in F but a M/V has to be present in spring as well? or can MV be present in one of the 2 w/o needing a M/V in another semester?

Hi,

We must have at least one one m or v on either side here. The or both means that we could potentially have both on one side.

To add won't that mean that option c works as well. Putting T,M,V under F, and T, O, H under S.
