Passage B concedes that the problem in passage A might exist. It grants that species might be under threat, but doesn't exactly know. This is ambivalence, not skepticism. The rest of the article talks about the hunting industry, completely unrelated to passage A. Ambivalence is a better answer then skepticism, and at the very least, these answers are completely subjective.

Hi, the author of B is far from ambivalent regarding A. The author has a clear opinion, which we can see in the main points of the passages.

A is that PL is a disaster, and various methods to control it have been tried.

B is that the entire endeavor of fighting PL is misguided.

They are completely opposed, B rejects the core premise of A, which is that PL is a disaster.
