The analogy isn't exactly the same

My issue with A was that it says that welders DO meet the UNION's definition of "Technical". In the analogy, welders are Roma, union is the 5-point definition, and technical is minority. Passage B, however, says that Roma DO NOT meet the definition of minority, as written by the author of the 5-point definition. Passage B says therefore that since the definition excludes Roma as minorities, there should be a new definition. That is different that saying Roma are defined as minorities.

I think you raise a valid point, however, I would argue that the second paragraph of B is a point by point argument that the Roma are minorities. While I agree there is a slight difference (missing the fact that they also fail to meet the legal criterion), it is a close analogy. Ultimately, it is the only one without a clear and undeniable problem, even if there is a small dissimilarity.
