Why B and not E?

I chose E because passage A claims that there are objective measures that analysts use, while passage B claims that there are not actually uniform, objective measures. I feel like there is some subtlety in the wording here that I am missing, maybe "degree of correlation" or "agencies"? I did not choose B because "given criminal case" made me think that passage B would have specifically referred to a particular case. If someone could explain where my reasoning went wrong in eliminating B and choosing E, it would be really helpful!

Hi, the disagreement is as to whether the measures are good and objective, not as to whether agencies actually use them. B is a bit more general, it is saying that in any given case, they would disagree how likely the fingerprint analysis would be to be right.
