The Correct Answer

I think our answer choices are messed up. i chose D, which discussed the smaller and weaker birds as compared to the bigger and stronger ones and I got it wrong. But from the discussion here it seems that my Answer D was different from others' Answer D.

Hi, it looks like I have the same D as well, I'm not sure what the other posts were discussing. D is incorrect because I think it might strengthen the argument. The author is trying to prove that nesting experience helps birds build nests, and as a premise the author notes that size does not play a role. D reinforces the idea that size is not the differentiator for nest quality.
