Misunderstanding

Could someone explain why C is the correct answer? I am having troubling distinguishing the difference between all the choices.

Hi, for a parallel reasoning question we need to find an argument that has the same structure. Let's look at the structure of the initial argument.

Some Fj sell to LMs
If SR then Not sell to LMs
SO some SRs are not FJs

I would maybe take this a step further and say
Some Xs do Y
If Z then Not Y
So some Zs are not X.

C matches this pattern.
Some S prefer H
If C then not prefer H
So some C are not S
