Answer A?
Ok, I understand why the correct answer is right. But how would A also be wrong because an outcome of the "skepticism" would be to ultimately reject the advice, so I am confused by the explanation for why A is incorrect.

Hi, I don't think the outcome of skepticism is necessarily to reject the advice. You can be skeptical of a source, but upon further research decide it is credible.
