Rule 1 Illustration Is Wrong?

I believe that the instructor did rule 1's illustration wrong. I believe the sequence is wrong in that.

Hi, are you referencing the H J rule? It looks right to me, that if not HJ then Not J, and it's contrapositive of If J then HJ
