I do not understand how question 2 got the right answer because the last rule states that T can not come before V and V can not come before T, basically stating that T and V cannot be next to each other. With that being said, how can the options of T and V being next to each other in the sequence work?

Hi, I assume you're talking about the second question of game four, which is the one with the VT rule, however, t and V are not next to each other there. They are separated by one other train in the sixth position.
