Why A?
I cant see why the evidence given for answer A is valid when the following lines say "contrary to this belief.." and then begin to talk about the view of the realists. Can you offer any guidance?

Hi, we know that the realists would agree with A since it is essentially their stated position at the end of the first paragraph. However, the first line of the passage shows that most legal scholars today would also agree with this limited point. We are explicitly told that the majority agree that linguistic indeterminacy occurs in some cases. The disagreement is that realists think it is in all cases, not just some. Both agree it occurs in some cases.
