Why is Premise 2: all As are Bs and not A some B?

Why is Premise 2: all As are Bs and not A some B? Also when diagramming some and most are always reversed but not negated? I feel like I've seen in some of the drills but, maybe not.

Hi, we need to prove that more than half of Cs are not B from the claim that most Cs are A. Lite imagine that 60 percent of Ca are A. The only way to prove that more than half of Cs are not B would be to prove that all of those 60 percent are not B. If it was only a some statement, that would only show that at least one C is not B.
