Writing Utensils Allowed On LSAT

In the video, the instructor uses different colored pens to make the diagrams more clear by question and rule. Does the current LSAT allow colored pens to be used on scratch paper during the logic games section? I found conflicting opinions online.

Hi,

You may indeed have colored pens or pencils. From LSACs website "One or more writing utensils (standard pencil, mechanical pencil, or ink pen, for example)" are allowed. They do not mention colors ever. Moreover, in my experience proctors aren't able to see in minute detail the exact color of items.
