Timing
I got the question right, but I spent a long time going through the question. What is advice other than practice, in accomplishing answering these types of questions faster

Hi, parallel reasoning questions are generally the most time consuming LR questions, and while practice is the main thing, I think there is one other factor I like to use to speed up.
Since we are looking for the same structure, the conclusion of the right answer will have to be the same in kind as the conclusion of the passage. Here, that would mean that we are looking for a conclusion of "If not X then not Y"
Since the conclusions of C D and E are not conditionals saying if not X then not y, we can easily eliminate those three without even having to consider the rest of the arguments.
