how would one diagram this question? I got the question correct and I also diagramed the statement "There is no one person who has the authority to decide whether a project will proceed or not" I am confused as to if that statement is required in the diagram

Hi, the second sentence is really just a fact, unlike the first and third sentences that are conditional. I don't think I'd diagram it, And rather, I would simply note it down next to our other statements. Since you were able to get this one right I think that shows that you don't need to diagram every statement in an argument, only the ones that are conditional or use quantities.
