Since the rule says "ALL" introduces a Sufficient condition, why is the tutor saying GC is the Sufficient, following the ALL rule, MP ought to be sufficient while GC Necessary. please explain

Hi, in this case the all applies to Greek cities. Saying "all cities have marketplaces" means the exact same thing as "cities all have marketplaces." This is different from saying "all markets are in cities"
