The passage has an "all", but this was not used in diagraming why is that?
Also, why is one half not the sufficient and not approved as necessary condition?

Hi, you totally could have diagramed this question as such, but it wouldn't get you very far. This is more or less a simple algebra problem, and diagraming the sufficient and necessary relationships wouldn't really give us much. We know that the two censors approved the same number of books, but that one rejected more than the other. Diagramming the if then statements won't really do that much to help us grasp that fact
